From any touch tone phone dial 2157-1579
Enter your 1579 registered fix-line or mobile no., then press #
Enter PIN*, then press #
Enter your designated international no. you wish to call forward to
(country code + area code+ overseas phone no.)
IDD Roaming service will be ready in 5 minutes.

*Default Password： The first 4-digit number of your HKID or Enquiry Password.
(For security reason, please change the default password once service is activated.)




 • Divert / forward all calls to life-time delegated IDD Roaming no. 3070 8833 before leaving HK.
 
Forwarding Method : **21* + 3070 8833 + # → Send


 • Please suspend your IDD roaming service when you have been back to HK.
 
Canceling Method : ##21# → Send
