From October 2019 onwards, if the total accumulated amount due of your account is equal to or more than HK$70, the bill will be issued on a monthly basis; if the total accumulated amount due is less than HK$70, the bill will be issued every 180 days. Please settle the amount on or before the due date shown on the bill.


Sky Leader Customer Data Retention Policy

In order to strengthen data protection of our customer data, Sky Leader reserves the right to delete from our databases personal data related to our customers. Those accounts whose services are disconnected and/or has no recent usage will be considered.

To continue using our service, the related customer must contact our customer service department to register the service again before using.

Notice: IDD95013 service will discontinue at 1st October 2016

Thank you for your continuous support to our services. Please note that with effective at 1st October 2016, the IDD95013 service will be discontinued.
This business arrangement will not affect other services you have registered under our company.

Please be informed that due to cost increase, the Long Distance Calls Service will be adjusted with effect from 1 August 2015. The rate for calling all destinations with "Usage Based Plan" will be increased by 2¢F* per minute and the related terms & conditions will remain unchanged.
*For the rate calling Macau effective 1 August, 2015, please call Customer Service Hotline.

 
  Effective from March 2015, the bill cut-off day will be set on 20th of the month. For details, please contact our customer service hotline 21571579.

The VAS Calling Card service will discontinue effective October 15, 2014. Other 1579 services will remain unchanged, sorry for any inconvenience caused!

IDD1579 monthly plans will be upgraded to new monthly promotion fee and services offers automatically from 1st January 2014, details please contact Customer Service Hotline 2157-1579.

Starting from 01 Aug 2013, you can enjoy a waived administrative fee of $2.8 for each payment via Phone in Credit Card, Credit Card Direct Debit, Bank Direct Debit and Cheque. If you have any inquiry, please contact our customer hotline.

From 01 August 2013, the rate of the calls using IDD95013 direct dial from China to Hong Kong is adjusted to HK$0.38/min. Enquiry please call 21571579
